Ở level A1, người học chủ yếu sử dụng các động từ cơ bản để tạo câu ngắn như go to school, eat breakfast, read a book hoặc open the door. Khi chuyển sang A2, phạm vi sử dụng được mở rộng sang những tình huống cụ thể hơn.

Người học A2 cần diễn tả được các hành động như chuẩn bị cho chuyến đi, đặt vé, hủy phòng, so sánh giá, thanh toán, gửi và nhận đồ, hoàn thành bài tập, tham gia hoạt động hoặc giải thích một vấn đề đơn giản.

Cách học từ vựng Actions level A2 hiệu quả

Không nên chỉ ghi nhớ arrive là “đến” hay borrow là “mượn”. Mỗi từ cần được học cùng một cụm từ và một tình huống cụ thể.

Ví dụ:

• arrive at the airport: đến sân bay
• borrow a book from the library: mượn sách từ thư viện
• pay for the tickets: thanh toán tiền vé
• prepare for a test: chuẩn bị cho bài kiểm tra
• return an item: trả lại một món hàng

Một từ mới nên được ghi theo bốn phần: nghĩa, loại từ, cụm từ thường gặp và câu ví dụ. Cách học này giúp người học hiểu từ xuất hiện ở đâu trong câu và hạn chế dịch từng từ từ tiếng Việt.
